I am a self-confessed crafting addict with a love for thrift store shopping, photography, knitting, sewing, graphic design, the outdoors and living a simple and slow life. Seven years ago I married the most amazing man, Bruce, who is a chiropractor with a true talent for healing people. We have two human wee ones and two canine babies. Our son, Kage, is two and our daughter and my birthday baby, Ember, is six months old. Our two rescued akitas are Angus and Gracie.

It is so nice to meet you Michelle. I found you via the Vintage Swap Flickr pool that Heather is holding and was struck by how beautiful your photos and family are.
This Swap should prove to be interesting and very inspirational I am sure.
Truly, Julia
Thanks Julia. I can’t wait for the swap and look forward to getting to know you and all the other crafty ladies.

Thanks so much Rachel.
I just came over from imaginechildhood. I love your blog and am adding some of your recipes to my list of things to make. I am hoping to get a dehydrator this week and really want to make the crunchy kale. What a fantastic snack for the little ones in our house. So glad to have found your blog. And so nice to have found another earthy East Coast blog.
